We want you to be satisfied and happy with your purchase. Wink accepts returns with in 14 days of shipment. Please note the following for all returns:
SORRY NO CASH REFUNDS OR CREDIT BACK TO DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD.
STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED.
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags intact.
All lingerie (intimates), swimwear, jewelry, sunglasses, watches, scarves, beanies, shapewear, women’s hats, cologne, and clearance purchases are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Online purchases can be returned by mail or in-store.
Online purchases returned in-store will follow the in-store return policy.
Store purchases cannot be returned by mail.
Except as provided by applicable state law, store credits, gift cards, and purchases are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferable, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Wink reserves the right to limit the number of returns.
In Addition to the above Return Policy Guidelines please note the following:
Online Purchases Returned By Mail:

- The cost of return shipping, $7 for any number of items, will be deducted from your store credit ( Wink E-Gift Card) if you use the return label provided by Wink.
Once you complete the Returns process a Packing Slip + Prepaid UPS Return label will be emailed directly to you! Print the label out and send your package back!
Please ensure that ALL APPROVED ITEMS listed on the Packing Slip are included in the SAME package.
